Acceptance of Terms
By using any AESIR product — including projectaesir.com, heimdall.projectaesir.com, or any AESIR-operated subdomain — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate registration information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the products for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
- Send spam, harvest emails for spam, or send communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR consent rules, or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise circumvent rate limits.
- Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Misrepresent the source of communications sent via the platform.
HEIMDALL specifically: outbound emails are sent on your behalf using your connected mail credentials. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable anti-spam and data-protection law.
OAuth Connections
When you connect a third-party account (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) via OAuth, you grant AESIR limited, read-only access to the public profile data those platforms permit under the scopes shown at the consent prompt. We never post, message, or take actions on your behalf without an explicit subsequent action you initiate. You may disconnect any OAuth integration at any time from the product's Settings page; doing so revokes our token and removes the cached profile.
Payment & Subscriptions
Paid AESIR products are billed per the plan you selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion; contact us within 14 days of a charge to request a refund.
Intellectual Property
All AESIR-developed software, designs, content, and trademarks are the property of AESIR. You retain ownership of any data you upload or input. By using the products you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to deliver the service.
DMCA & Takedown Requests
If you believe content on any AESIR property infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Notice" and include all elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
Warranty Disclaimer
AESIR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AESIR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AESIR'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID AESIR IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. AESIR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Export Control
Certain AESIR technical data is subject to USML Category XIII(b) export controls. You may not export, re-export, or share access to such data with foreign nationals without a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) or other authorization required by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). You represent you are not a denied party under U.S. export laws.
Termination
You may stop using the products at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or to comply with legal requirements. Sections on Intellectual Property, Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Export Control, and Governing Law survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of the principal AESIR office, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
