AESIR is a defense-technology company with one product in the field. Limiting Factor is a selection-training platform in daily use by an Air Force EOD training squadron: a roster of 100+ trainees get their daily workout, check-ins and test scoring, and the cadre run the roster, the program, daily readiness, injury surveillance, test standards tiered to the unit’s own percentiles and each class’s selection-outcome ledger from one place. It ships 13 special-warfare and EOD pipelines (19 programs in all, including aviation and civilian), and a solo mode with an AI coach is open to anyone preparing without a unit.
Four more systems are in the workshop, and we describe each by where it stands today. HEIMDALL is a lead-intelligence and trading-research engine in private use by the founder. SINDRI is an autonomous bug-bounty reconnaissance system that ran live in spring 2026 and is paused. MIMIR is a self-hosted model program at prototype stage with training paused. BIFROST is a rebreather concept with no hardware built yet. None of them generates revenue; AESIR is founder-funded. Everything on this site is labelled by what it does today, not by what it is meant to become.
Every system carries a Norse name by design — the bridge (BIFROST), the watchman (HEIMDALL), the smith (SINDRI), the wise one (MIMIR) — and Limiting Factor is the one that does not, because the name names the problem. The premise is simpler than the names: build with the people who will use it, not for them from a distance.

Mission Before Margin
Every decision starts with the operator. Revenue exists to fund the mission, not the other way around. HEIMDALL is being built to fund the program; until it does, the founder does.
Build It Right
If a system can fail catastrophically — an underwater rebreather, an autonomous AI, a vulnerability scanner targeting infrastructure — we engineer for failure modes before features. Safety is not negotiable.
Own the Stack
We hold our own data and run on infrastructure we control, and we keep the AI layer swappable: a commercial model (Anthropic’s Claude) powers the Limiting Factor coach today, and MIMIR is the plan to bring that in-house.
Respect the Cost
Operators carry the consequences of bad gear. The standard for what we ship is set by what we'd be willing to use ourselves on the worst day of a deployment.
THE NORSE CONNECTION
AESIR is named after the principal gods of Norse mythology — Odin, Thor, Freyr, and their kin. Not because they are mythological, but because they represent what the program is: a family of powerful, purpose-built systems, each named for the function it performs in the Norse cosmos.
