We were founded on a simple premise: the people who build defense technology should have lived the problem they're solving. Every founder, engineer, and advisor in our program has either served, supported, or trained the operators we build for. The work is not abstract.
Mission Before Margin
Every decision starts with the operator. Revenue exists to fund the mission, not the other way around. HEIMDALL funds the program so we can build BIFROST without compromise.
Build It Right
If a system can fail catastrophically — an underwater rebreather, an autonomous AI, a vulnerability scanner targeting infrastructure — we engineer for failure modes before features. Safety is not negotiable.
Own the Stack
We don't depend on commercial AI we can't audit, infrastructure we don't control, or data we can't sovereign. Every layer of every system is owned, by design.
Respect the Cost
Operators carry the consequences of bad gear. The standard for what we ship is set by what we'd be willing to use ourselves on the worst day of a deployment.
AESIR is named after the principal gods of Norse mythology — Odin, Thor, Freyr, and their kin. Not because they are mythological, but because they represent what the program is: a family of powerful, purpose-built systems, each named for the function it performs in the Norse cosmos.
